Abstract. This study discusses the material on the relationship between lines and angles that are
formed, and is one of the materials studied in grade IV elementary school. The aim is to
determine the role of straight lines as the starting point that supports students' thinking in
understanding the concept of the relationship between lines. The writing was carried out as a
starting point for design research research to be carried out at MI Fajar Siddiq Palembang.
The activities carried out by students produce learning trajectories that lead to the achievement
of learning objectives. Based on the relevant theories and research studied, several components
will be developed, namely: (1) Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) The relationship
between lines; (2) Iceberg Relations between lines; (3) Estimated Learning Path in Teaching
Experiment; (4) Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) Activities 1, 2, 3, and 4; (5) Teacher's
Instructions for each meeting; (6) Activity Sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4; (7) Pre-test questions; (8)
Question Card Pre-test; (9) Post-test questions; (10) Post-Test Question Cards; (11) Class
Observation Sheet; and (12) Guidelines for interviews with teachers. The results of this study
will be developed in subsequent research and will be made in the form of a booklet that is
recommended to both educators and prospective teaching staff..
