PENGARUH LOAD FACTOR TERHADAP WAKTU TUNGGU KENDARAAN TRANS MUSI TRAYEK TERMINAL SAKO-PALEMBANG INDAH MALL (PIM)
The specific problems from the system in travelled in Palembang city it is about the quality of system service especially for security, convertibles, existential and efficiency factor. The purpose in these problems is for to know in the messengers service about vehicle frequency, load factor, moving level, waiting bus and travel speed. One way to solve problems researchers mentioned above is by way of surveys directly to the field. Survey was conducted for 6 days, start from date 18 march 2013 until 25 march 2013. In one day researcher maked survey of 3 times to obtain the desired data, such as the number of passengers up and down from the vehicle, the length of the trip in one round, the length of route, travel speed and vehicle load factors to obtain. The result survey in field we can be concluded, the consummated is defends for liked in lower factor, be means that always be add for sit in the bus containing fer them. The load factor peak period in the day is 52,16%, is not period 29,15%, for this case the totalled the messengers into more than in the day time peak than off peak. From the results it can be concluded that the frequency of vehicles at peak hour demand is 22 vehicles and on the outside of busy hours are 16 vehicles. To the level of transfer passengers with the sample of 126 people, the number of people who do not switch to another type of transport as many as 76 people and which move as many as 50 people. For the time waiting for transport at rush is 1,5 minutes and at hours outside the busy was 2 minutes. To travel at the speed on the outside of busy hours is 22,49 km/hour, to travel at the speed on busy day hours is 20,17 km/hour and travel speed on the busy evening is 20,04 km/hour.
