PERANAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. TRANS RETAIL INDONESIA

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of motivation on
employee performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia. That is measuring how much
motivation has been given by the company to its employees and knowing what forms
of motivation have been given by the company.
This study, primary data and secondary data were collected using
documentation and interview techniques. The analysis used in this study is a
qualitative descriptive method by presenting information and explanations regarding
the Role of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia.
Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the Motivation on
Employee Performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia has improved its performance
well. Starting from motivation to performance that can be accepted by employees.
The performance improvement is in the form of better employee behavior, arriving on
time, the desire to work always has a high spirit.
